THE BEST WAYS TO QUIT YOUR SHITTY JOB

1. Run out of the building exclaiming, "Free at last! Free at last! Lord Almighty I'm free at last!"

2. Bring in cigars to pass out to fellow co-workers. (Bring in lolly pops for the non-smokers.)

3. Come to work dressed as a clown. Tell your boss you are following your life long dream to become a rodeo clown.

4. Create a MySpace page devoted to your decision to leave your employer.

5. Walk into your boss's office and place a post-it note with the words, "I quit," on his forehead.

6. Walk into your boss's office and tell him you quit. Follow this up by giving him a noggie. Bonus points if you include a purple nurple. (Please note: DO NOT include purple nurple if your boss is female.)

7. Make several copies of your ass with the company xerox machine. Pass them out as you make your way to the door.

8. Hire a singing telegram to sing, "Take this job and shove it," to your boss.

9. Perform the song, "So Long, Farewell," from the Sound of Music. Bonus points if co-workers join you.

10. Bring in a decorated cake with the words, "I quit," to hand out to co-workers. Bonus points if your boss's piece includes a laxative

WHAT IF ???

What if I told you that everything you did mattered? That someone cared when you where sad, that when you felt completely alone someone knew you and felt what you where going through. No, I don’t mean something objective like God or any like that, someone real that needed you as much as you need them, some one that wanted you as much as you wanted them.
Sounds strange doesn’t it? It’s true I swear on what ever you hold dear to you’re heart of hearts. Everything you do is important to someone, and they keep track of it. Every time you scraped your knee or kissed someone you shouldn’t have, we’ve kept track with it. Doesn’t sound strange anymore does it? It scares the hell out of you now, and I don’t blame you one bit for feeling that way, but it’s the truth. Don’t believe me, what just happened just made someone just a little more powerful and unfortunately, it doesn’t make it any less true
Nevertheless, it’s not as horrifying as all that really. You’ve done things ten times worse then that. That one time you nearly died when you tried to wake up from that dream and nearly… nearly didn’t. We know about that too. I felt sorry for you on that one. But the most important thing, the scariest thing you gone through is the reason you’re standing hear talking to me and not just walking away like everyone else isn’t it? You know what that is don’t you, so hears the million dollar question… how will you know when you`re truly in love and not just seduced again?

Someone is missing.....

Panic seemed to snatch him from his sleep, leaving him cold and shaking even as sweat trickled down his face. The darkness caressed his body and seemed to both soothe him as a lover would, and threaten him as if it were a hostile intruder. Reaching out a shaking hand, he stops, listening carefully. Something was missing, something that he should hear in the darkness, something he should feel. Something wasn't right, and the panic that drove him from the dream grabbed his heart again. Sliding carefully from the bed, shaking hand flicking the light switch, careful to not knock the light over, he turns his head, automatically shielding his eyes from the sudden stab of brightness. Sliding slowly to sit on the floor beside the bed, he lets his eyes adjust to the light before lifting his head and gazing around the room. There were so many little hints that something was missing. Someone was missing......
The blanket was jumbled at the foot of the bed, half in the floor. The sheets were wet with sweat and twisted in the center of the bed. There was no one else in the bed, only the damp outline where he soaked body had writhed in the throes of panicked dreams. Dropping to his knees as a sob rips from his throat, he didn`t even notice the pain the shoots up from his knees when they connect with the hard floor. Reaching out, he bunches his hands in the twisted sheets and leans his head forward, resting his forehead against the edge of the bed as he cries, body trembling, not from panic now, but from pain. The memories were never far when he was awake, and now his sleep was no longer a respite. The dreams he'd hoped would never come had started. There was no where left to hide, no place to escape.....
